Exit Crew

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Built Equity, LLC, a Washington limited liability company, operates the Exit Crew platform and related websites and services (the "Platform"). In this Privacy Policy, Built Equity, LLC is referred to as "Exit Crew," "we," "us," or "our." This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use the Platform at www.exitcrew.com. It should be read together with our Terms of Service. Transaction-specific nondisclosure agreements and the agreements between Exit Crew and operating brokerages may separately govern confidential transaction information and record retention.

1. Brokerage-Directed Processing

When you use the Platform through a brokerage, that brokerage may determine what transaction information is collected, how it is used, who may access it, and how long it must be retained. Exit Crew processes that information to provide the Platform to the brokerage and its authorized users. Privacy or deletion requests relating to a brokerage-operated transaction may be referred to the applicable brokerage, and some information — such as signed NDAs and transaction records — may be retained at the brokerage's direction or as required by law even if you request deletion.

3. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you; from the brokerage operating your transaction; from sellers, buyers, and other transaction participants; from documents uploaded to the Platform; automatically from your device and your use of the Platform; and from payment processors and other service providers.

4. How We Use Your Information

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these circumstances:

6. Artificial-Intelligence Processing

Certain Platform features use third-party artificial-intelligence service providers to process information you submit, including financial records, documents, intake responses, and prompts. We use this processing to extract information, generate drafts, answer questions, and provide requested Platform functionality. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be independently reviewed. We do not authorize our AI service providers to use identifiable Platform information to train generally available AI models.

7. Electronic Signatures and Transaction Records

The Platform records electronic transactions. We may collect signatures, consent records, document versions, access logs, IP addresses, timestamps, and other evidence associated with electronic transactions. These records may be retained even after an account is closed or a deletion request is made, where retention is required or permitted.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These may include encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, password hashing, logging, data segregation, and security monitoring, as appropriate to the Platform. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We will provide notice of qualifying security breaches as required by applicable law.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain transaction records, comply with our agreements, satisfy legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, enforce rights, prevent fraud, and maintain security. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purposes for which it is maintained.

When the Platform is used through a brokerage, the brokerage may direct or require continued retention of transaction records. Information may also remain temporarily in backups and system logs until deleted through ordinary retention cycles.

You may request deletion, but we may retain information where required or permitted by law, requested by the operating brokerage, necessary to preserve transaction records, or needed for security, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

When you exercise these rights: we may need to verify your identity; authorized agents may need to provide proof of authority; requests may be limited by legal exceptions; information controlled by an operating brokerage may require the brokerage's involvement; and Exit Crew will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights. To make a request, contact us at support@exitcrew.com.

11. California Privacy Notice

To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Exit Crew's processing, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information, subject to identity verification, authorized-agent requirements, and legal exceptions. Exit Crew will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

12. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, and session management. We may also use limited analytics and diagnostic technologies to understand Platform use, identify errors, and improve performance. We do not currently use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

13. Sensitive Information

Please avoid uploading Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested and necessary for an authorized Platform function.

14. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

15. Business Transfers and Assignment

We may transfer information in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, change of legal name, formation of an affiliate or successor entity, acquisition, sale of assets, or transfer of the Platform or related business.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or through the Platform, and we review this policy periodically.
